A very sweet children's illustrated book dated to 1930 By Elisa Beskow The Platt & Munk Co Inc - Punlishers There is some wear to the binding and corners and also faint fingerprints on a few of the pages, but considering being 84 years old I would class this book as being in good condition for age. The illustrations are a mix of black and white and colour, and those that are in colour are bright.

A Dramatic Donkey Scene This beautiful etching depicts a wet and windswept donkey tethered by the sea. The quote to the bottom right of the etching comes from one of my favourite Shakespeare plays Twelfth Night "A great while ago the world began, with a heigh-ho the wind and the rain."
